At Sabr India, we create pieces intended to last a lifetime. If your selection isn’t quite right, we are here to assist you with a seamless exchange or store credit process.
1. The Return Window
We offer returns and size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To honor the "Heirloom Longevity" of our 100% Noble Flax linen, items must be returned in their original, pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
Fit Assurance "To ensure the perfect drape of our Noble Flax across both our Men’s and Women’s collections, we provide specific size charts on every product page. We encourage a careful review of these measurements to assist you in selecting your ideal fit. Should a replacement be necessary, our dedicated exchange process is here to support you."
2. Size Exchanges (Replacements)
We want you to experience the perfect drape of our linen. If you have a size issue, we will happily replace the item with the correct size, subject to stock availability.
The Process: Contact us at sales.sabrindia@gmail.com to confirm the size you need.
The Handover: Once your original item is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement piece.
3. Returns for Store Credit
If you wish to return your item for any reason other than a size exchange, we offer Store Credit only.
Validity: Store credit is valid for 6 months, allowing you the patience to find your next essential piece.
Note: We do not offer cash refunds to original payment methods. All returns are processed as store credit to be used for future Sabr India collections.
4. Ensuring Quality: The Unboxing Protocol
To protect the integrity of your purchase, we require a clear, unedited unboxing video.
The Process: Record the opening of your package and a brief inspection of the garment.
Submission: Email the video from your registered email ID to sales.sabrindia@gmail.com. This allows us to resolve any issues with the attention they deserve.
5. How to Initiate
To begin an exchange or return, please contact our concierge at sales.sabrindia@gmail.com. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
